Dr. Aziz Homayouni Rad is currently working as Associate Professor at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Tabriz, Iran. He obtained his Ph.D. in Food Technology from University of Tehran, Iran. His main area of interest related to Food Science Technology, Probiotics, Synbiotics, Food Technology and Nutrition. He has 41 publications in journals as author/co-author.
