Biography

I did my doctoral research on commensal bacteria. Their physiological characterization and understanding of their functional role. I focused my attention on Lactobacillus and Bacillus spore former, organisms normally found in the animal and human gut using biopsies of human healthy volunteers, the analysis of a large number of aerobic spore formers isolated from fecal samples were pigmented and these results show a promise for a promise to study a pigmented bacteria and role of pigment with biofilm formation. Recently I focused my attention on biofilm formation by food isolated spore-forming Bacillus.
