Biography

Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed is currently working as Assistant Professor at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biology from Karnatak University, India. He also served as Faculty Scientist at Institute of Bioinformatics (IOB), Bangalore, India, and BiotechInfobytes Technology (BTIB), Bangalore, India. He was received Karnatak University Research Cell awarded University Research scholarship from 1999 to 2002. He has published 22 research papers in journals, 2 communications, and 8 oral/poster presentations as author/co-author. He also participated in 13 conferences and workshops.
