Biography

Dr. Veeresh B is currently working as Professor at G. Pullareddy College of Pharmacy, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He is having fifteen years of teaching experience at D. Pharm and B. Pharm level, and seven years teaching experience at M. Pharm level. He worked as Theory Evaluator, Internal and External Examiner for post graduate and undergraduate examinations of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, K.L.E University, Kakatiya University, K. L. University and Osmania University. He also worked Lecturer at Golden College of Pharmacy, KGF, Karnataka, and Maratha Mandal College of Pharmacy Belgaum, Karnataka, Lecturer, Selection Grade Lecturer, Assistant Professor at K. L.E.Ss College of Pharmacy, Nehru Nagar, Belgaum-10, Karnataka. His research interest related to development of new drug for autism, diabetes, insulin resistance, prostate cancer, colon cancer, renal disorders and various cardiovascular diseases. He is professional member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, Indian Society of Hypertension, and Indian Pharmacological Society. He also attended number of workshops and seminars. He also guided 37 post graduate students, 6 students currently in his supervision. He has published 4 articles in journals.
