Biography

Dr. Abdul Wadood Siddiqui working as Director Riya International College Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, in an alumnus of the prestigious Jamia Hamdard (Hamdard University), New Delhi, where he acquired his complete pharmacy education, from B. Pharm. to Ph D from there. With a rich experience of 12 years, he is working as the Principal in the Department of Pharmacy where his responsibilities include: upgrading the overall academic environment of the Department, outlining crucial strategies for adoption of thrust areas for research, evolving improved curriculum delivery methods for all the courses, creating strategies and initiatives for students development and developing guidelines for the growth of the institute. Dr. Wadood was a recipient of the Junior Research fellowship from the MHRD for his M. Pharm. and Senior Research Fellowship from Ministry of Science & Technology for his Doctoral research. He has 14 publications to his credit in peer reviewed journals that include research papers, reviews, and proceedings. He has co-authored a preparative book for the GPAT Competition. He is serving as Technical Editor on editorial board of five international and one national journal along with being a reviewer for several research journals in the domain of Pharmacy. Apart from his role in the Department, he takes keen interest in the Universitys overall progress and tries to contribute wherever he may be of use.
