Biography

Dr. Sasikumar Dhanarasu is currently working as Assistant Professor at College of Medicine, University of Hail, Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Tamil University, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, India. Previously he was appointed as Lecturer cum Chief Technician at ABIS Institute of Medical Lab Technology, Peravurani, Tamil Nadu, India, Lecturer and Head at Sri Venkateshwara College of Arts & Science (Bharathidasan University), Peravurani, Tamil Nadu, India, Lecturer at University of Benghazi, Libya. His main area of interest focuses on Cancer Biology, Drug discovery from natural products, Molecular Biology, free Radicals and Antioxidants, and Clinical Biochemistry. He has completed 1 research project as co-investigator. He is member of Indian Association of Biomedical Scientists, American Association in Clinical Chemistry and Southern Medical Association. He has supervised 6 MSc, 4 M.Phil, 2 B.Pham, and 9 MBBS. He is editor for Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis and Medicinal Chemistry (AJPAMC). He has published 15 research articles in journals contributed as author/co-author.
