Biography

Dr. Sarwar Jahan is currently working as Associate Professor at Faculty of Agriculture and Biotechnlogy UniSZA, Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in Plant Stress Physiology and Hormonal Signaling Chemistry from Okayama University, Japan in 2008. His working experience includes, worked as Part Time Field Officer at Hira Traders Pvt. Ltd. Bangladesh, Part Time Teacher at National Training and Research Academy for Multilingual Shorthand, Bogra, Bangladesh, Research Assistant at University Putra Malaysia, and Senior Lecturer at UniSZA. He also supervised 2 PhD and 1 M.S thesis. He is having 11 years research experience. His field of specialization includes Soil Science (Soil chemistry, Stress conditions of soil), Plant Stress Physiology and Hormonal Signaling Chemistry, BRIS Soil (>91% sand) Research, Agricultural Extension Education Agronomy. He is editor of The Journal of Agrobiotechnology, FPB, UniSZA, Malaysia. He has published 24 articles in journals as well as 19 conferences proceedings as author/co-author.
