Biography

MD. Matiur Rahman is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine under the Faculty of veterinary, Animal and Biomedical Sciences, Sylhet Agricultural University, Bangladesh. He obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and MS in medicine degree from the same institution having excellent academic result with distinction.He has published several scientific researches in various national and international journals. He got Prime Minister Gold Medal Award-2013 for his academic excellency from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Republic of Bangladesh. He obtained Chancellor Award for his brilliant academic result in under graduate . His current works focuses on parasitic and protozoal diseases of pigeon at Sylhet aspects. His research interest in clinical medicine, immunology and avian and bovine parasites.
