Biography

Sakil Mahmud is a lecturer at Bangladesh Agricultural University, and a research assistant in the Prof. Bishan Lal Das Chowdhury’s lab and has 7 scientific papers and projects either presented or published. He is an emerging researcher in many areas of plant hormones and abiotic stresses. He has been routinely giving lectures on various topics related to biochemistry at the undergraduate level in different faculty of the Bangladesh Agricultural University. Mr. Sakil has been awarded the third position in poster presentation in the 7th International Seminar of Regional Network for Poverty Eradication (RENPER7).He is currently working in a project titled Characterization of Rice Genotypes for Salt Tolerance, and Nutritional and Grain Quality funded by Bangladesh Agricultural University Research System (BAURES), Bangladesh Agricultural University.
