Biography

Dr. Weiwei Liu is currently working as Professor and Graduate Supervisor at Central South University Changsha, PRC. He obtained his Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His area of research interest related to Indoor / Outdoor Thermal Environment & Human Thermal Comfort and Work Performance, Simulation and Evaluation on Thermal Environment, Rail Vehicle Air-conditioning Systems. He also worked as Guest Researcher at Technical University of Denmark. He is also young committee member of China CSES-IEHB (Indoor Environment and Health Branch), and Technical Program Committee Member International Conference on Energy. He is also serving as invited reviewer of Journal of Environmental Sciences, Indoor and Built Environment, International Journal of Biometeorology, International Journal of Mechanical Science and Technology. At present, he undertakes 8 research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Central South University Shenghua Yuyin Talented Person Plan, Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and CSR Nanjing Puzhen Co., Ltd United Research Foundation. He has published 17 articles in journals and 3 papers in conferences contributed as author/co-author.
