Biography

Dr. Elisa Julianti is currently working as Principle of Food Process Engineering, Undergraduate degree of Food Science and Technology, University of Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. She obtained her Ph.D. in Food Sciences from Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor, Indonesia. Her area of research interest focuses on Postharvest Technology, Drying Technology, and Food Process Technology. She has published 9 research articles in journals as well as 12 papers in conferences as author/co-author. She is also working on 3 research projects General Director of Higher Education Ministry of National Education Republic Indonesia through Hibah Strategis Nasional, and Research and Development Agency of Ministry of Agriculture Republic Indonesia through KKP3T. She is also serving as reviewer for Journal Food Science and Engineering, Journal Teknologi Industri Pangan, and Agritech.
