Biography

Dr. Andri Cahyo Kumoro is currently working as Senior Lecturer at Department of Chemical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University, Indonesia. He obtained his PhD in Pharmcology and Toxicology from same University. His main area of interest related to Food Processing, Thermodynamics, Physical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Adsorption, and Extraction. His area of expertise includes Supercritical Extraction, Adsorption, Extraction, Rheology, Thermodynamics, Solubility, Characterization, Physical Properties, Chemical Properties, Starch Modification, Fermentation, Microalgae, Chromatography, Microwave, Sonication, Enzymatic, Hydrolysis, Biodiesel, Transesterification, and Precipitation. He has published 20 research articles in journals as author/co-author.
