I am a PhD candidate in Horticulture at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia. My main area of interest specifically on crop production and physiology. The niche area that I am focusing now is on seed technology and physiology (PhD research). I am interested in exploring the storability of recalcitrant seeds on the well-established and economically important planted crop, Theobroma cacao, in Malaysia. The improvisation on seed technology (storage) may reduce the seed deterioration during storage, hence increase their storability potential. The easy-handled storage method may contribute to a better management in producing good quality seeds, when it is needed.
