I am also a Head of Module (Measurement and Evaluation) and Senior Lecturer in Research Centre of Education Leadership and Policy. Previously, I was also appointed as CITRA Programme Coordinator started from 15.2.2018 until 14 February 2019.

My Doctor of Philosophy was obtained from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang in Psychometric and Evaluation in Education in 2015. Nevertheless, my Master Degree was in Technical and Vocational Education and Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Johore. I am having vast working experiences since 2007 in various institutions such as polytechnics; Enforcement and Inspectorate Division, Private Higher Educational Institutions, Department of Higher Education (JPT); and as a Visiting Doctoral Student Researcher in 2015 in Faculty of Education, Victoria University of Wellington (VUW), New Zealand for attachment programme.

I believed that this has become the added value to my human development in teaching and administration working experiences. This leads towards my current research area such as educational measurement, psychometrics and evaluation, instrument development, quantitative research, as well as engineering education which considered align with my membership of Malaysian Psychometrics Association (MPA), IEEE Members (Malaysia Section), Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) (Manufacturing and Industrial Technology), Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Society of Engineering Education Malaysia (SEEM) and Malaysian Invention and Design Society (MINDS).

Having more than 14 years of teaching experiences with my teaching philosophy is to “never give up and appreciate the talents and strengths on my students”. Be in UKM as a research university that aim high impact journal publications, I have published as a main author for FIVE high impact journals with FOUR Q1 and ONE Q4 journal with cumulative total impact factor, IF = 14.742. Recently, I also won Gold Medal award and Special Award by The The French Federation Of Inventors (Fédération Françaises Des Inventeurs France) in the 14th International Invention and Innovation Show, INTARG 2021 in Katowice, Poland.

As an Assistant Dean (Quality and Strategy), I have led to become a significant branding for the Faculty organizing Ceremony Award of Seri Sanggar Intelek and Quality Awards Day in 2019 and 2020 which giving appreciation to the faculty members and staff. In addition, I also led several programme accreditation audits such as Ph.D Programme Accreditation Audit (2021), Masters Programme Accreditation Audit (2020), SIRIM QAS International Audit (2020), Integrated Audit SPK PPPS (MS ISO 9001:2015/APA/COPPA/4IR) (2019). Despite the hectic schedule in doing management tasks, I also involved in taskforce team for Professional Certificate in Higher Education Teaching (SPPPT), Teaching & Supervision Assessment System (SPPP), Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quality and Assurance Centre, UKM, Expert for Rubric Development APEL Q for Quality and Assurance Centre, UKM and for Ujian Berasaskan KompetensiICT UKM 3 – Penubuhan Sekolah Inovator Masa Hadapan (Future Innovator School, FIS) in Pusat GENIUS@Pintar Negara for five years until 31 Mac 2025. I am an energetic person, eager to learn new skills, always coming up with innovative ideas.
