Biography

Dr. Evangelos Koutandos is currently working as Visiting Assistant Professor at Technological Educational Institute of Crete, Department of Civil Engineering, Heraklio, Greece. He obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Dr. Koutandos is a member of Technical Chamber of Greece, Association of Civil Engineers of Greece and the Hellenic Hydrotechnical Association. He also worked as Visiting Associate Professor at Technological Educational Institute of Crete, and Technical University of Crete. He has 11 publications in journals, and 22 conferences proceeding as author/co-author.
