Dr. Eman Khorsheed holds a position of Assistant Professor Department of Mathematics, University of Bahrain, Bahrain. She has obtained her PhD in Statistics from Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Bath, UK in 2007. Previously she was appointed as Graduate Assistant at University of Bahrain, Tutor at University of Bath, UK and Founding Editor & Managing Editor of Journal of Data Analysis and Operations Research. She is member of the Higher Education Academy - HEA (UK) and International Society for Bayesian Analysis. Her main area of research interest focuses on Statistics including Spatial, Spatio-Temporal and Hierarchical models with applications to Environmental Sciences, etc. Mathematical & Statistical Modeling, Applications of non-linear Time-series Analysis, Optimization, Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) Image Analysis, Simulation, Statistical Analysis, Operations Research, Demography, Reliability, Actuarial Statistics, and Education. She is Founding Editor of Journal of Data Analysis and Operations Research. She has 4 publications in journals.
