Biography

Dr. Mostafa I. Waly is a Professor at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences, Sultan Qaboos University, and has been working in the area of Nutritional Biochemistry for the past 19 years. His research interests focus on understanding the metabolic aspects of oxidative stress in relation to human chronic diseases.
