Shiffa Tahir

Shiffa Tahir is a postgraduated scholar in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

She has gained valuable experience through the Pak-Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC) project, contributing to product development, nutrition outreach programs, and professional training initiatives.

With hands-on experience from clinical internships at Allied Hospital, Faisalabad, and numerous community outreach and training programs, she has counseled patients on conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and hypertension, and trained dietitians, teachers, and health workers across Pakistan.

Her interests lie in clinical nutrition, research and development, and connecting scientific insights with consumer needs in the wellness industry.
