Sandeep V. Binorkar

Dr. Sandeep V. Binorkar is working as an Academician, researcher and Ayurveda Consultant with an experience of more than 16 years. Presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Agadatantra & Vyavahara Ayurveda (Forensic Medicine & Toxicology) at Government Ayurved College, Nanded, Maharashtra state, India. Prior to this he has worked in various renowned institutes of Ayurveda over the country. He has received his Ayurveda degree from Dr. B. A. Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Post graduate [MD(Ayu)] in Agadatantra (Ayurvedic Toxicology) from the University of Calicut, Kerala state and his Doctorate (PhD) from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune. He has been honored with 12 National Awards including Kerala Ayurveda Research Award-2007 for his research work during Post graduation and Best Teacher National Award in 2022 by Ayurveda Teachers Association. He has published around 45 research articles in peer reviewed international journals, authored 9 books, has presented in number of National and international conferences and is one of the distinguished faculty on the editorial and reviewer board of various international journals of Ayurveda, Yoga, Alternative Medicine, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Pharmacology, Ethnobotany etc. from the country and abroad.
