Biography

Dr. Bagath Madiajagan is currently working as Scientist at Animal Nutrition Division, National Institute of Animal Nutrition and Physiology. He has completed his PhD in Animal Biotechnology from Genetic Engineering Lab, Division of Bacteriology and Mycology, Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, Bareilly, India. Dr. Bagath received honors includes Best oral presentation for the theme, Best oral presentation in the 9th international conference on Functional Foods Components in Health and Disease, University of San Diego, California, USA and many others. He is life member of Indian Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Research, Animal Physiology Association, and member of Tamil Nadu Veterinary council, Veterinary council of India, BIOTECH international, and The European magazine for the life sciences industry, basic member in Greenhouse Gas Management Institute, USA, and member of International Association for Urban Climate. He is also serving as member of editorial board in International journal of climate research, EC Veterinary Science, ARC Journal of Animal and Veterinary Sciences, International Journal of Research & Development Organisation, and International Journal of Animal and Veterinary Sciences. He has 13 publications in journals, 7 communications, 8 national and international conference papers and 6 book chapters contributed as author/co-author. He also delivered number of invited lectures in scientific meeting.
