Xi Peng, Senior Editor, Professor, is the President of Periodical Agency of Chongqing University of Technology, General Manager of Periodical Agency of Chongqing University of Technology Co., Ltd., Associate Editor of Journal of Chongqing University of Technology, Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Ordnance Equipment Engineering and Hydromechatronics Engineering. She is the Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Chongqing Editology Society of Science Periodicals, the Vice Chairman of Society of Chongqing University Periodicals, the Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Chongqing Association of Practical Writing, the Executive-Director of Chongqing Association of Periodicals，member of China Association of Sci-Tech and member of China Research Association of Higher Education Periodicals.

She has published more than 50 academic papers, including 25 papers published on CSSCI journals, Chinese core journals, Core journals of Chinese humanities and social sciences, etc., and several papers were copied and extracted in full text by “Materials in the Copy Press from Renmin University of China and Chinese Social Science Digest. She authors 9 textbooks and monographs, namely Contemporary Secretarial Writing, Economic Practical Writing, New College Chinese, Appreciation of Fine Works of Modern Prose, etc., and leads 9 provincial and ministry research projects.
