Biography

Dr. Lina Sun is currently working as Associate Professor & Graduate Advisor at School of Foreign Languages, China University of Petroleum, Beijing. She has completed her PhD from Saint Louis University, MO, USA. Previously she was appointed as Lecturer and Research Fellow at College of Foreign Languages, Tianjin University of Commerce, Tianjin, China, Research Associate at Department of Teaching and Curriculum Leadership, Oklahoma State University, OK, Teaching Assistant and Research Associate Department of Education, Saint Louis University, MO. Dr. Lina received honors includes Award for Teaching Excellence, GSA Travel Award, Saint Louis University, and Graduate Student Fellowship for Academic Excellence, Nankai University. She has completed 2 funded research projects. She has published 16 research articles in journals, 1 book and 1 book chapter contributed as author/co-author. She is professional member of Research Association, International Reading Association, American Council of Teachers of Foreign Languages, International TESOL Convention and English Expo and MIDTESOL Association.
