Joseph F. dela Cruz, DVM, MSc, PhD is a Professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of the philippine Los Banos. He finished his PhD at the Hankyong National University in South Korea in 2015 focusing on researches on cell culture, cancer research, nutritional manipulations in animals and beef marbling. He is currently the Chairman of the Department of Basic veterinary Sciences at the College of Veterinary Medicine. Right now, he is mainly the identification and characterization of natural bioactive compunds.
