Dr. Kamarudin B. Ambak is currently working as Associate Professor at Universiti Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. He has obtained his Ph.D. in Traffic Engineering and Safety from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is member of Road Engineering Association of Malaysia, Road Engineering Association of Asia & Australia, life member of Concrete Society of Malaysia, and member of Global Science and Technology Forum. His main area of research interest focuses on Traffic and Road Safety, Traffic Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Statistical Modeling, and Expert System. He is also serving as reviewer and editor for number of journals and conferences. He has completed more than 15 research projects and currently working on 8 funded research projects. He has supervised 60 B.Eng, 8 M.Eng students and 4 PhD students currently in his supervision. Dr. Kamarudin was awarded 3 times Gold Medal, 2 times silver medal and Best Thesis PhD Award. Dr. Kamarudin has published more than 50 research articles in journals, 6 teaching manuals, and 2 books contributed as author/co-author.
