Biography

Mr. Pandian Vasant is currently working as Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia. He has completed his M.Sc./M.Sc. (Hons.) in Engineering Mathematics from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia. Previously he was appointed as Tutor at University Science Malaysia and Research Lecturer at Mara University of Technology, and Senior Lecturer at Nilai International College. He has completed 7 research projects. He is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Computing & Optimization, Industrial Engineering & Management, International Journal of Swarm Intelligence and Evolutionary Computation and International Journal of Energy Optimization & Engineering and member of Editorial Board of Global Journal of Technology & Optimization, Mathematical Problem in Engineering (SCOPUS, Thomson Reuters), Operations Research (SCOPUS, TSWJ). Mr. Pandian received honors include Scientific Award of Excellence for 2012, Certificate for Session Chair from International Academy of Computer Technology, Keynote Lecture in 2nd EAI International Conference on Nature of Computation and Communication. He has published 14 research articles in journals. He also attended various conferences.
