Biography of Mohamed Eid Kilase Ajoud
Dr. Mohamed Eid Kilase Ajoud is an assistant professor at Northern Border University College of Business Administration Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and an assistant professor at the College of Social and Economic Studies University of Bahari in Sudan. Dr. Kilase has published a number of papers in the areas of management and public administration whether as scientific published papers or project presentations in addition to consultations to the Northern Border University in the areas of organizational structure reform and staff development. He is a regularly sought and requested as reviewer for students researches at the majority of major management colleges throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Kilase has been Dr has been awarded the Letter of Recognition and Acknowledgment from the Rector of the Northern Border University for his research achievement in the local development. Dr. Kilase is a member of the American Association of International Researchers (AAIR) and a member of Political Science Association in Sudan. He has served as a member in a number of institutional councils and committees including the College Board member at the College of Business Administration Northern Border University for four years and a member of the Postgraduate Studies Committee, member of Public Administration and Human Resources Curriculum Development and member of the organizational structure reform for the College of Business Administration. Dr. Kilase holds a BSc in Political Science from Juba University and first second honors degree , He also hold Postgraduate Diploma in Development and Planning from University of Khartoum and MSc. And PhD Juba University College of Social and Economic Studies.
