Biography

Dr. Balarabe Ismail is an academic with the Department of Food Science and Technology, Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. Balarabe obtained a PhD in Food Science from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, and an MSc from the University of Greenwich, UK. He holds membership in four professional bodies and has published over 30 articles in reputable journals.
