Adamu Almustapha Aliero (PhD) is a lecturer at the Faculty of Life Sciences, Department of Microbiology, Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero, Nigeria. As a young lecturer, Dr. Adamu published about 40 papers in both local and international journals. He also attends some local and international conferences and workshops. Dr Adamu is a member of Nigerian society for microbiology, a member of the mycological society of Nigeria, and also a member of the academic staff union of the University of Nigeria. Dr. Adamu holds a BSc. Honours in Microbiology and an MSc. Botany (Mycology) from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria, and did his NYSC at Ekiti State, Nigeria. He also holds a PhD in Microbiology from Kampala International University, Uganda. The area of specialization is medical microbiology and biotechnology
