Biography

Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Soliman Mohamed is currently working as Associative Professor at Molecular Biology Unit, Virus and Phytoplasma Section, Plant Pathology Research Institute, Agricultural Research Center, Egypt, and Assistant Professor at King Faisal University KSA. He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Cairo University, Egypt in 2006. He also worked on many project in KSA as Researcher, and Co Principal Investigator. He has good experience in the Molecular Biology Techniques such as, Isolation of total Nucleic Acid (DNA & RNA), Identification, and Diagnosis of Plant Bacteria, Viruses and Fungi using PCR, RT- PCR, IC-RT-PCR, Multiplex PCR and RT- PCR- ELISA Techniques, Nucleic Acid Hybridization, Western Blotting, Southern Blotting and Northern Blotting etc. He is member of Egyptian Virological Society, and Association of Research Members of Agricultural Research Center. He has published 21 articles in journals as author/co-author.
