Biography

Dr. Mohamed Alboraie is currently working as Senior Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Haya Al-Habeeb GIT Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital, Kuwait and Consultant of Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, (EMS) Egypt. He has completed his M.D. in Internal Medicine from Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt. Previously he was appointed as Specialist of Internal Medicine Gastroenterology at Hepatology and Endoscopy at Mouwasat Hospital, Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Specialist at Cairo Medical Center, Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinic, Specialist at Abdel-Kadar Fahmy Hospital, Golf Land, Cairo, Egypt, and House officer at Al-Hussein hospital, faculty of medicine, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt. He is member of American College of Gastroenterology, World Endoscopy Organization, European Association for the study of Liver, European Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, European Society for Digestive Oncology, Young European Crohns and Colitis Organization, and Egyptian Society for Study of Liver and Gastrointestinal Diseases. He is also serving as reviewer for journals such as Hepatology, Medicine; BMJ case reports journal, Hepatology international journal, and Saudi Journal of Gastroenterology. Dr. Alboraie received honors includes Winner of the AASLD-APASL Award, International Scholarship from the United European Gastroenterology Federation, Misr El-kheir award for scientific publication in the field of life sciences, and emerging stars award from the 6th Hepatology and Gastroenterology Post Graduate Course and the 15th International Workshop on Therapeutic Endoscopy. He is author and co-author of 10 journals papers.
