Dr. Babak Saedi is currently working as Professor of Medical Sciences in Otolaryngology Department of Tehran University, Tehran, Iran and Deputy of research of Imam Khomeini Hospital Complex. He has completed his Ph.D. in Otolaryngolgy from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. He also served as Head of Emergency Centre at Saeen Ghaleh Emergency Centre, Zanjan, Iran, Otolaryngologist Specialist at 17 Shahrivar Hospital, Bushehr, Iran, Administrator at Students Education Otolaryngology Ward of Imam Khomeini complex Hospital and Head of Students Research Centre ofImam Khomeini Complex Hospital, Visiting Associate Professor in Facial plastic surgery, Stanford University, Palo Alto, USA and Visiting Medical Practitioner in Facial Plastic Surgery, Kantonal Spital, St Gallen, Switzerland. He is also serving as reviewer and editor for several journals. He has published 57 research articles in journals and 5 books contributed as author/co-author. He is member of European Academy of Facial Plastic surgery, Asian Council of Science Editor, Iranian Association of Otolaryngology, Iranian Association of Rhinology, and Rhinology Research Society.
