Biography

Dr. Wesam Ahmed Al Madhoun is currently working as Assistant Professor at Environmental Engineering and Science Departments, The Islamic University of Gaza. He has completed his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Previously he performed his duties as Program Development Coordinator at World Vision Jerusalem, West Bank-Gaza, Research Assistant and Project Officer at School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia, and Palestinian Center for Human Resources Development Pchrd, Gaza. He has published 5 papers in international Journals as well as 21 international conferences contributed as author/co-author. He was received Bronze Medal (2012), Environmental Innovation Prize, Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture, Gaza, Palestine, and Most Innovative Design Prize (2006), Environmental Design Competition, United Arab Emirates University.
