Biography

Dr. Arafat Abdullah AlShuaibi holds a position of Assistant Professor at Kuwait University, Kuwait. He has completed his Ph.D. in Geoscience from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, USA. He also acted as Chairman at Kuwait University. He is member of Geological Society of America and Paleontological Society. He has supervised 1 MSc thesis. He has completed 2 research projects as co-principal investigator. He also attended number of conferences and performed presentations. Dr. Arafat received honor include excellence of Teaching, academic year 2008-2009. He has published 16 research articles in journals contributed as author/co-author.
