Biography

Dr. Alaa Hani Al-Charrakh is currently working as Professor at University of Babylon, Iraq. He has completed his Ph.D. in Microbial Biotechnology from the same University. He is supervisor of more than 50 PhD and M.Sc thesis in Medical Microbiology since 2005. He also participated in several scientific conferences in Iraq, and outside Iraq. He is also serving as a reviewer and a member of editorial board in several peer-review international journals such as Pan African Medical Journal, Canadian Pharmacists Journal, and International Journal for Biotechnology and Molecular Biology Research, African Journal of Biotechnology, Iranian Journal of Microbiology, Medical Journal of Babylon, Clinical Reviews and Opinions, and many others. He has published more than 60 articles in international journals and 9 books contributed as author/co-author.
