Biography

Dr. Yas A. Alsultanny is currently working as Associate Professor at Arabian Gulf University-Kingdom of Bahrain. He has completed his Ph.D. in Data Processing and Analysis from Baghdad University, Iraq. Previously he was appointed as Associate Professor at Applied Science University, Amman-Jordan, and Amman Arab University, and Assistant Professor at Baghdad University, Baghdad-Iraq. Currently he is supervised/supervising 70 MSc and PhD thesis, 30 diploma projects. He also delivered more than 50 lectures in conferences. He has published 24 research articles in journals, 1 book chapters as well as 40 conference papers contributed as author/co-author. His main area of research interest focuses on Statistics and Quantitative Analysis, Big Data and Cloud Computing, Simulation and Modeling, Technology Management, Green IT, Computer Security, E-services evaluation, Neural networks, Software Quality assurance, Business Intelligence, and Image Processing. He is also serving as reviewer and editor for some journals.
