Biography

Dr. Muhammad Aamer Mehmood holds a position of Assistant Professor at Department of Bioinformatics & Biotechnology Government College University Faisalabad. He has completed his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan. His main area of interest related to Biomedical Sciences. His area of expertise includes Enzyme Engineering, Synthetic Biology, Advacned Biofuels, and Protein Expression & Purification, Metabolic pathway Engineering, Microbial Genetics, Microalgae Based Biofuels, Molecular Microbiology, and Lignocellulosic Biofuels. He has published 17 research articles in journals as well as 2 book chapters contributed as author/co-author.
