Biography

Dr. Jayendra N. Shah is currently working as Assistant Professor at The M. S. University of Baroda, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Textile Chemistry from same University. His working experience includes worked as Deputy Manager at The Raymond’s Ltd, Mumbai (Maharashtra), INDIA, Senior Technical Officer at The Mafatlal Fine Spinning and Weaving Mfg. Co. Ltd, Navsari, and Technical Supervisor at Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd., Vadodara (Gujarat). His area of research interest focus on Textiles Ecofriendly Wet Processing of Textile Material, Influence of various Enzyme Systems on Structural and Physico Chemical Behavior of Natural Textile Fiber Material, and The development of an International Network of Textile Technocrats working in the area of Green Environment. He is life member of ISTE, India, Textile Association of India, Alumni Association of Textile Chemistry department, MSU, Baroda University Teachers Association, and Technology Teachers Forum, and associated with many Textile Industry for Technical Consultation. He has published 17 research articles in journals as well as 16 conference papers contributed as author/co-author.
