Biography

Dr. Sivakumar Sivagurunathan Moni is currently working as Assistant Professor in Division of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Department of Pharmaceutics, College of Pharmacy, Jazan University (Ministry of higher education), Jazan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India. His area of specialization includes Vaccine/Drug Delivery System, Immuno Techniques, Tissue Culture Techniques and Molecular Techniques. He is having 17 years of teaching experiences, which includes 5 years of research and managing experiences. He successfully completed 2 projects as a co investigator sponsored by Deanship of research and development, Jazan University. He was received Bharat Vidaya Shiromani Award and Rashtriya Vidaya Gaurav Gold Medal Award for Outstanding Achievements in the Field of Education, and Young Scientist Award in National Symposium. He is member of International Society for Vaccines, Indian Immunology Society, Indian Academy of Vaccinology and Immunobiology, Indian Hospital Pharmacist Association, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, and member of Seaweed utilization of India. He has published 2 books, edited 2 book chapters, 19 research articles in journals and 9 abstract in national and international conferences contributed as author/co-author.
