Dr. Mukesh Kumar Meghvansi is currently working as Scientist in Defence Research Laboratory, Defence R & D organization, Tezpur, India since 2008. In 2005, he was appointed as Lecturer at the Department of Botany, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, India. In 2008, he was appointed as Scientist at the Defence Research Laboratory, Defence R & D organization, Tezpur, India.
Dr. Mukesh Kumar Meghvansi received his B.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry in 1999 at M.L.V. Government College, Bhilwara, India. He got M.Sc. in Botany in 2001 from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, India. Dr. Mukesh Kumar Meghvansi obtained Ph.D. from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, India in 2007 in Botany.
Dr. Mukesh Kumar Meghvansi’s current research interests are Botany, Agricultural Microbiology, Plant-microbe Interaction, Plant Toxicology, Organic Waste Management.
Dr. Meghvansi passed the prestigious CSIR-NET examination (test of eligibility for lectureship in Indian universities/colleges) on five occasions.
He is the life member of Indian Botanical Society, Assam Science Society, Scientist Unique Researcher’s Yare Association, Jhansi (U. P.) and, annual member of several other scientific societies. He is the reviewer/editorial board member of several international journals including International Journal of Botany, Microbiology Journal, International Journal of Plant Pathology, Journal of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology, Asian Journal of Agricultural Research, Pharmacognosy Journal and Journal of Ecobiotechnology.
He has been invited more than ten times to present his exciting researches on national and international conferences.
