Biography

Dr. Veera Bramha Chari P. is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head Department of Biotechnology & Botany at Krishna University. He completed his PhD in 2006 in Microbiology, from Goa University. He holds over 2 years 10 months of Post Doctoral Research and 6.3 years of training experience. His research interests inclined towards Molecular Microbiology and Environmental Biotechnology. He has 17 international and 90 national publications. He has reviewed 5 book chapters. He also has attended 20 international and 25 national Symposia/Conferences. Currently, he is supervising 2 PhD students and is working on 1 research project. Dr. Veera Bramha has been awarded for the best paper presentation award for ETACO 2012 National Seminar and DST Young Scientist 2012 by the Department of Science & Technology SERC Govt. of India for research grant. He is also a member of DRC & FRC in the Department of Biotechnology, student discipline committee and contributory pension scheme committee.
