Biography

Dr. R. Deveswaran is currently Assistant professor with Pharmaceutics Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore in India. He received Ph.D. from Annamalai University. His areas of research include Development of oral sustained release suspension, micronisation of coarse particles, microspheres as dosage form for controlled release, polyherbal formulations, pharmaceutical excipients from plant source, toxicity and bioavailability studies, development and validation of analytical techniques. He has co-authored a book, with 85 publications in national and international journals and 34 presentations in conferences. He is member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India. He is serving as editorial board member for more than 5 journals. He is also serving as Reviewer for more than 7 journals. He has guided several post graduate and doctoral scholars. He is associated as Faculty co-ordinator for Quality assurance, Training and Placement, sponsored research and Drug design and development center.
