Biography

Dr. Subha Ganguly obtained his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Monad University, India. Currently he is working as Scientist Food Microbiology & Principal Investigator, Sub-Projects All India Coordinated Research Project on Post Harvest Technology (ICAR), Department of Fish Processing Technology, Faculty of Fishery Sciences West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences. His main area of interest related to Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Life Sciences, Veterinary Public Health, and Fisheries Science. He has published 9 international books/ monograph, edit 3 book chapters, 2 manual chapters, 7 special invited articles, 52 research papers in national journals, 31 research papers in international journals and more than 57 national and international review articles contributed as author/co-author.
