Biography

Md. Karthikeyan Marimuthu is Ph.D. holder in Pharmacology from Singhania University, Rajasthan, India. Presently he is Working as Associate Professor of Pharmacology in Ashokrao Mane College of Pharmacy, Peth vadagaon ,Dist. Kolhapur, Maharastra State, India. Previously he was Lecturer in Physiology and Pharmacology in Malik Deenar College of Pharmacy, Kasaragod, Kerala, India, and Dispensing Pharmacist in Thulasi Pharmacies India (PVT) Ltd, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and Divya Medicals, Palakkad, Kerala. His main area of interest focuses on Clinical Studies: Medication therapy management studies, Medication errors, Prescribing Patterns, Drug Discovery: Drug discovery from Medicinal Plants, and Preclinical: Pharmacological Screening, and Toxicological studies. He guided 5 post graduate students thesis. He is editor in chief in Asian Journal of Medical and Clinical Sciences, Executive Editor for Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences, technical editor for Singapore Journal of Scientific Research, Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Journal of Medical Sciences, and International Journal of Pharmacology and member of editorial board in Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine, International Journal of Pharmacy Teaching and Practices, and International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research Journal. He is also acting as reviewer for number of journals. He has published 10 research articles in national and international journals. He is professional member of Indian Hospital Pharmacist Association, World Association of Medical Editors, Asian Pacific Association of Medical Editors, Science Advisory Board, and Pharmaceutical and Biological Society, India.
