Previously he was appointed as Junior Resident and Senior Research Fellow at Central Institute of Orthopedics Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India, Medical Officer of Orthopedics at Lady Hardinge Medical College & Hospital, New Delhi, India, Senior Medical Officer at Health Services Management Board, Yola, Gongola State, and Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon at Corniche Clinic Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E. Dr. Kapil was Awarded by HE, Federal Min. of Health UAE for Innovation and Research at innovation week ceremony in Dubai, Nov 2015, and Awarded with an Appreciation Certificate by MOH in an organized ceremony for last 2 consecutive years.
