Biography

Dr. Amritesh is currently working as Assistant Professor at BITS-Pilani, Dubai, UAE. He has obtained his PhD in Industrial & Management Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. Previously he was appointed as Senior Project Research Assistant at IIT Kanpur, and Assistant Professor at IILM Institute of Business and Management Gurgaon, India. His main area of research interest focuses on E-Services, E-Government, Information Science, Knowledge Management, and ERP. He has published 7 research articles in journals as well as 7 papers in conferences. He was received Institute award for publishing a research paper in a reputed journal and awarded MHRD (Government of India) Scholarship twice. He is also serving as external reviewer for the International journals such as Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, Taylor and Francis, U.K, Transforming Government, People, Process and Policy, Emerald U.K, and International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, Emerald U.K.
