Biography

Dr. Mona Sharma is currently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Environmental Sciences, School of Earth, Environment and Space Studies, Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh, India. She has completed her Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, Haryana, India. She is having 7 years teaching experience. She also completed various training courses in her academic career. Dr. Mona received honors includes Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) from Center of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi during PhD, Best Paper Award in National Seminar, Topper (Gold Medalist) in P.G. Diploma, and Second Topper in M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar (India). She has published 14 research articles in journals as well as 24 abstracts in conference proceeding, 1 book and 6 edited book chapters contributed as author/co-author. She also served as member of Committee of National Seminar cum workshop on Health Hygiene and Sanitation-2016 held at Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh, and organizing committee of National Science Day held on February, 28, 2016 at Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh.
