Biography

Dr. Anil Kumar Pasupulati is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Biochemistry University of Hyderabad, India. He has completed his PhD. in Biochemistry from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Post Doctorate Fellow in Endocrinology from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and Post-doctoral fellow at University of California, Irvine, USA. His main area of interest focuses on Renal Physiology and functioning Diabetes Andobesity, Non-enzymatic Glycosylation of Renal Proteome, Transcription factors in Kidney. Dr. Anil received honors includes Wood-Whelan Research Fellowship, IUBMB, FASEB Travel Award, Snowmass village, CO, USA, Awarded DST-INSPIRE Faculty Fellowship, Endocrine Trainee and Travel Award, ENDO, San Diego, CA, K.V. Rao Scientific Research Award in biological sciences, and Junior Research Fellowship Award by CSIR and ICMR. He has published 26 research articles in journals as well as 6 proceeding contributed as author/co-author. He also delivered number of invited lectures. He is also serving as reviewer for Growth Hormone and IGF Research, Journal of Cellular Biochemistry, and International Journal for Biochemistry & Cell Biology. He also served as Guest Teacher at Central University of Karnataka, India, Andhra University, India and Moderator for KV Rao Scientific Society, Hyderabad, India.
