Biography

Dr Ramanpreet Walia, Doctorate in Pharmacetical chemistry is a Professor and Principal at Spectrum Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research, I feel honored to introduce myself,I (RamanpreetWalia) am a doctorate in (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) working as a professorand HOD in HIMT college of pharmacy Greater Noida. I Have Total 14.5 years of work experience after M. Pharmacy out of 4.0 years at Associate professor Level.I am persuing my PhD from GyanVihar universitywhich will be completed by September 2012.
In M. Pharmacy I had my specialization in natural plant products. Along with phytochemistry the fields of medicinal chemistry, drug development and analytical chemistry (Specially NMR, GC and HPLC) also fascinates me and I have lot ofinterest to work in these fields. The interest in these fields inspires me to keep myself update with the subjects. I am very avid in making my career in the above fields, as I have 1.5 years of work experience in analytical division in Pharma industry
In my career I participated in various conferences on topics like Green Chemistry, Delivered Guest Lecture on Herbal Drugs –A Boon to Mankind .in National Seminar at Ghaziabad acted as Co-chairperson of Volunteer committee of INDIA PHARMA CONVENTION held at DIPSAR, Delhi, dated 12th Feb 2012
I am also enough confident and dynamic to work in teaching and research in Pharmacy.
I am a member and reviewer of many Journals.
