Biography

Dr. G.S. Mukherjee, B.Sc. (Hons), B. Tech., M.Tech., PhD (Calcutta University), INSA visiting Fellow, elected as Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) vide The Times and acquired long experience in active R&D work on Polymer Engineering Science, Naomaterials Visited institutes of Singapore and USA, besides research papers, regularly contributing Book reviews, Opinion, Editorial highlights. Since 1992, giving honorary services as reviewer and giving Technical assistance and consultancy to various Journals besides being an Adjudicative reviewer of RSC Advances. He is/ has been in the editorial responsibility of 7 different scientific journals including two Journals jointly published by NISCAIR (CSIR) and Indian Academy of Science (INSA), PhD Thesis Examiner, held honorary positions of President (Engg. Sciences) of 97th Indian Science Congress and other scientific societies, He is a member of ACS as well as AAAS, Fellow of Institution of Engineers (FIE), Institution of Chemists (FIC) as well as Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), Received Bharat Jyoti Award, name listed in a few international who’s who publications. He is a research scientist working in Defence Research & Development Organization. His Current research interest is in Polymer and Nanomaterials
