Biography

Dr. Khursheed Ahmad Wani is currently working as Assistant Professor in Environmental Science from ITM University Gwalior. He is interested to work for the benefit of Environment and Society by synergizing his acquired knowledge. He obtained his Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has published (6) articles, (4) communications, presented (19) abstracts and papers contributed as author/co-author. He is member of editorial board in 6 journals. Dr. Khursheed received honors includes Best Researcher of the Year 2012-13 by ITM University, Gwalior, Awarded by Junior Research Fellowship by Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and Received paper presentation award for the paper entitled Effects of occupational exposure on health of the workers of cricket bat manufacturing industries in Kashmir (India). He guided 4 M.Sc. dissertations. He is member of International Society for Environment Information Sciences, Canada, Indian Science Congress, World Environmental Organization Pennsylvania, Washington, National Institute of Occupational Health, Indian Science Academy, TIMS, International Conference on Climate Change and Sustainable Development, Secretary of Prof. Radha Raman Das Environment, Health and Rural Development Organization, and Coordinator of Eco Club.
